Deliveries are made by hand and times are estimates only. If no one is available at the address, we will attempt to contact you and leave the goods in a safe place. If this is not possible, we may leave items on the doorstep in a protective bag. After 15 minutes unattended, the order may need to be collected or redelivered for an additional fee.

We aim to provide accurate allergen information and comply with all health, hygiene and quality standards. Natasha’s Law (2021) does not apply as our products are freshly made to order and not pre-packed for direct sale.
Any complaints should be made within 3 days of delivery or collection (the recommended consumption period) and will be managed in line with our Returns Policy.

Deposits are 25% of the order total including shipping. Deposits may be paid directly through our social media platforms or other agreed methods. Refunds of deposits are at our discretion and may require evidence of circumstances beyond your control (e.g., illness, unforeseen events).

10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (360 days) from purchase, after which they expire automatically. Vouchers may be redeemed for any product available online. They can be used alongside other coupons and, if not spent in full, the remaining balance will be emailed to you for future use.
