Who We Are...
We are Hannah & John. Hannah is 31, John is 32, We got married in November 2019 having been together for 5 years previous to that. We both love Disneyland (where we got engaged & had our honeymoon)!
Our baking adventure began out of boredom. We had been locked up with each other everyday in the first lockdown of 2020. We thought it would be fun to bake something new everyday for friends & family. That is where it all began...
John worked as a chef for the 11 years and continued to do so until taking this on full time. He has a huge collection of recipes and cookbooks for inspiration. He also has a degree in Culinary Arts. Hannah is a qualified hairdresser with an obsession with cute crafts & baking. Hannah also used to organise craft fairs & ran Little Button Gifts. Hannah learned a lot over lockdown and loves to bake!

our business...
We operate our food business from our domestic kitchen at home. In all honesty most of the time it doesn't feel like work. Before we opened we made some minor adjustments to our house so that it met food hygiene requirements.
The two main changes were - we converted the coat room under our stairs into a little dry store and we converted our office into a packaging room. We also amped up the fridge and freezer space that we had. The meant we could store all ingredients and finished baked goods separately from our domestic food.
In 2020, 2023 & 2025 we had our hygiene inspection. Proudly we announce that we received 5 stars on all three occasions.

It's a simple answer really... We make as much as we can! It is important to us that we showcase produce that we have made. It tastes better, is generally less costly to us and you. We also get to make it look and taste the way we want it to. While it is very hard to produce absolutely everything, we love to give it a go. We are proud of everything we make, we just hope you appreciate our efforts.
